First off, they could have and should have done so much more with this board for the price. The only PBR likeness is the screen print logo on the front. For the price, they could have PBR darts, some extra logos, at least something other than the made in china sticker. The lack of packing material causes it to be damaged during shipping. There was only 2 small pieces of styrofoam and the board bounced around the case, scratching the case, bending metal in the board and cracking the case. This is only a slight improvement over the last one they sent that was completely destroyed. Also, they deleted the one star review that was given as well. Stay classy and save yourself some cash.

I was super excited to gift this dart board to my husband for Christmas this year. Unfortunately the packing doesn’t offer any protection for the front or the back of the board. When the board arrived the back was completely broken out and one one side was in pieces. It’s more usable as firewood at this point and unrepairable. I’ve contacted customer service twice and I am still waiting for a response. Super disappointing for the cost that they didn’t go a step further to try and ensure the item arrived safely.
