I ordered 3 items, and only received one of them. I am still missing my ornament and shorts. Not very pleased, tried calling a few times and no answer or out of business hours.

I realized a couple hrs after I ordered them, that I ordered the wrong size. I immediately emailed you guys saying I need a size medium, not small. Got an email back saying, the change in the order would be made. A couple days later, order was shipped. The wrong size showed up. I emailed again, explaining the situation. You guys said you would get the right size "MEDIUM" out to me asap. I've ordered several other items since then, that showed up promptly. Still waiting for my size medium shorts!
