Items in new and unused or unwashed condition are eligible for exchange or refund up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

If you'd like to request a return or exchange for any item in your order, please reach out to shop@pabstblueribbon.com and provide your order number, the reason for your return or exchange, and the desired replacement, if applicable.

Once your return has been received, we can proceed with issuing a refund or with sending out the requested item for exchange.
